Latest Trends in eTourism: Swiss Style

Travel professionals and academics met at the HES-SO Applied Sciences University in Sierre, Switzerland to exchange their understanding of the latest trends in eCommerce and Social Media for the tourism sector. Keynote speakers were online experts from the business school at St. Gallen, Swiss Rail and Swiss International Airlines. Afternoon workshops included 7 different professional experts covering various aspects of eCommerce and Social Media which was followed by a Round Table Discussion.
