For the first time: Matterhorn Ultraks SkiTouring (20th April 2013)

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Matterhorn Ultraks ski touring races will now be held in April in Zermatt every second year. The first time in April 2013. With routes for men, women, juniors and elite athletes of 20, 30 and 36 km in length, with differences in height of up to plus 2,900 and minus 3,900 m and with a total length of 90 kilometres. Routes for children (aged 8 to 14). A massive screen will be installed on the Bahnhofplatz so that spectators do not miss out the action and there will also be an option to visit the most exciting sections of the race by ascending on one of Zermatt’s cable cars or lifts. Registration up from 23.12.2012. The races will be held in all weathers.
